Privacy Notice — SysWIP website

1. Who we are. This website and the SysWIP service are operated by Aquasea Inc., 1723 Boyd St, Santa Ana, CA 92705, USA ("we", "us"). For any privacy question or request, write to jorge@aquasea.com.
2. What we collect. Only what you type in the "Request a quote or a demo" form: what you are interested in (demo, quote or both), your full name, company, work email, country and, if you choose to, your phone number, what your plant does and your message. To protect the form from automated abuse, our server also records the time of the request, how long the page was open before sending, and your IP address. We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive personal data.
3. Why we use it. Solely to answer your request: to contact you, schedule a demo and prepare a quote, in the language you were reading the page in. We do not sell or rent your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking you first.
4. Who receives it. The people on our team designated to answer requests. To run the service we rely on providers who process data on our behalf and under our instructions: Amazon Web Services (hosting, in Oregon, USA) and our business email provider. We will only disclose data to anyone else when the law requires it.
5. Cookies and tracking. This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. It only remembers, in your own browser, the language and color theme you chose.
6. How long we keep it. For as long as needed to answer your request and follow up on it, and for no more than 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer, in which case your data is governed by your agreement with us.
7. Your rights. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to jorge@aquasea.com. If you are a California resident, you have the rights granted by California law, including the right to know what personal information we hold and to request its deletion, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising them. If you are in Mexico, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO) the same way. We will answer within the time the applicable law requires.
8. Security. Data travels encrypted (HTTPS) and is stored on servers with restricted access.
9. Changes. If we change this notice we will publish the new version on this page with its date.
